Description

When I activate the WooCommerce Subscriptions Plugin, the link under a user's Profile... Forums... Subscriptions 404s. I contacted WooCommerce Subscriptions support and they said it was your problem to fix. (nice!) So I'm hoping you can help.

Hi there! Sorry that you’re getting bounced around. That’s not very nice of them to send you here without any other information.

I can tell by your screenshot that you have BuddyPress active. Do you know if this only happens when BuddyPress is active?

Actually, I just deactivated Buddy Press and it still 404s. When I deactivated WooCommerce Subscriptions it does not 404.

By the way, thanks for such a quick response and for your help.

You’re welcome. Happy to help!

Since WooCommerce Subscriptions is hidden behind a paywall, would you be able to zip up that plugin and attach it to this ticket so that I can attempt to replicate the conflict?

Understood. Here's the zip. Much appreciated.

I also have a copy of the site at https://testssa.wpengine.com/ if there is a secure way for me to send you credentials to login.

Hi- just wondering if you were able to find out anything about this issue? Thank you for your help.

Hi again, not sure why I'm not getting any response here. It's been 2 weeks since I submitted this issue. Can you let me know if you are or are not available to help?

I just checked my site where I have WooCommerce subscriptions and bbPress both installed and it is working fine.

You might try refreshing your WordPress permalinks and see if that makes any difference. To do that you go to the WordPress menus then Settings -> Permalinks. Just visiting that page will do it; you don't need to save anything.

Thanks for the reply.

What I ended up doing is going to Settings... Forums... and I changed the slug for 'Subscriptions' to 'Subscription' and then reset the permalinks. That work. Just resetting the permalinks did not.
