Description
When editing a topic or reply of an anonymous user, the UI makes it impossible to re-assign the authorship of that content to a newly registered user.
This is problematic for installations that allow anonymous posting, and also allow open registration, as it makes it impossible to reassign previously anonymous content to a newly registered user.
