Topic creators receive BuddyPress notifications about their own replies after 2nd level

When bbPress is used together with BuddyPress, the topic creators receive a notification about their own replies after the 2nd level of replies.

The issue doesn't happen if the topic creator creates a 1st level reply, only when the topic creator replies to a reply of a reply of someone else.

To make it more clear: Topic creator = A, Author of the other reply = B

1. A replies to his own topic => no notification (that's okay)
2. B replies to A's reply => A receives a notification about B's reply (that's okay)
3. A replies to B's reply => A receives a notification about his own reply (here's the issue)
