Description
As WordPress team implements some plugins into WP core, I think the same tactics can be applied to bbPress, to create a list of plugins that should be added to bbPress.
As seen here: http://make.wordpress.org/core/features-as-plugins/
This will help make bbPress more professional and increase plugin development for bbPress.

Nice,
I removed 'bbPress - stay checked' as this is only changing the default checkbox for reply notifications, if this should be the default for bbPress then this is easily implemented and we don't need a 'featured plugin' for this. Personally I don't think it should be but maybe we could at this as a second setting of "Subscriptions - Allow users to subscribe to forums and topics" if enough people requested it.
I also removed "bbPress - Restrict Content Pro" as this is a plugin for @mordauk's "Restrict Content Pro"
I also added a couple more that have crossed my mind a few times, some are also already related to existing Trac tickets and ideas.
- bbPress – Post Ratings
- bbPress – Rating Widget
- bbPress – Ajax Replies
- bbPress – Attachments
- bbPress – Quotes
- bbPress – Forum Redirect
- bbPress – Report Abuse
- bbPress – Ignore User
- bbPress – VIP Support

I just created a ticket for this #2520, we can wait and see how much support it gains and go from there.
We've done a pretty good job at this so far, with hierarchical replies, subscriptions, etc... We probably should maintain a list of plugins that have the potential for core inclusion somewhere. Maybe start a codex page of your favorites, and we can whittle it down from there?
