Admin area binary assets no longer in use

Description

Now that we have Dashicons support built in for 2.5.3 and higher, we can begin to remove some binary assets for 2.6.

  • About page badges
  • Top level menu icons
  • Icon 32's

None of the above image assets are used going forward, and can be safely removed from the plugin. We'll want to make a minor announcement, incase someone is pulling in these image maps directly into their own plugins or themes. At one point we were using them here on bbPress.org, but I believe those dependencies were moved into the theme itself.

In 5255:

Remove unused admin area binary assets, including about page badges, top level menu icons, and retired icon32's. This is all handled by Dashicons going forward. Fixes #2513.
