Proposed change to rename vBulletin.php importer to vBulletin4.php for better readability in the forum importer list as we will soon have vBulletin importers for vBulletin versions v3.x, v4.x & v5.x.

Needs testing to confirm it does not break existing imports with 'on the fly' password conversion using _bbp_class = vBulletin
