Fix compatibility issues when importing from various Invision Power Board forums v3.1x, v3.2x, v3.3x & v3.4x

Invision bbPress importer improvements. Props netweb. Fixes #2465

  • Full compatibility with Invision Power Board v3.1x, v3.2x, v3.3x & v3.4x versions
  • Removed conflicting extra user profile fields
  • Added forum type if forum is a Forum or Category
  • Fixed Forum slug field mapping
  • Improved inline docs
