Duplicate page titles for all pages within the users slug

Description

Fairly self explanatory based on the title. The pages within the users slug all use the same page titles. For a large site with many users this can lead to thousands of duplicate page titles which is well known to be an SEO issue. Google has blatantly stated that they will in effect punish sites that do this.

I've created a forum topic regarding this that can be viewed here and was instructed to file this ticket request.
