Allow to filter the replies by topic in the back-end

Description
It will be nice feature if we could filter the replies table in the admin by the Topic ID. This will enhance the mange experience, and make it easy to remove ore edit a set of replies for a certain topic.

Shouldn't be too difficult to do. Putting in Future Release, pending a patch.
