If you revert the templates folder location made in from /wp-content/plugins/bbpress/bbp-theme-compat/extras back to /wp-content/plugins/bbpress/bbp-theme-compat/ as per the sidebar returns.

  • Component changed from Integration to Theme Compatability
  • Keywords needs-patch removed
  • Milestone 2.1 deleted
  • Resolution set to wontfix
  • Status changed from new to closed

It's the difference between using full theme compatibility, or having template files in place to override existing behaviour. TwentyEleven shifts the sidebar for things like archive pages and single pages, so it's natural for that layout to change.

Closing as wontfix, since there's not much we can do about it on our end quite yet.
