Description
Actually I wanted to select "plugins" or "wordpress.org" as the "component", but that option wasn't available. http://bbpress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/1741
Anyway:
On wordpress.org plugin directory (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/) there is no good way of listing all bbPress plugins.
I propose that all bbPress plugins should be tagged bbpress-plugin and on bbpress page (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bbpress/) a link should be provided to the list of bbpress plugins: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/bbpress-plugin

- Resolution worksforme deleted
- Status changed from closed to reopened
In my mind there is a subtle difference between bbpress and bbpress-plugin
There are certain additional elements containing the tag bbpress:
- BuddyPress plugins that are somehow related to bbPress
- OLD OLD plugins intended for some sort of integration between WordPress and standalone bbPress
But let's say we can live with http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/bbpress (there are only 5 pages)
Still should place a link to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/bbpress from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bbpress/
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/bbpress isn't good enough? I understand that it gets muddied by abuse of the tag (the same happens with BuddyPress) but it's the best we have for now.
Closing as worksforme.
