Admin: Refresh bbPress icons for WordPress 7.2

WordPress 7.2 can render registered SVG icons in the admin menu. bbPress still uses its older Dashicons for Forums, Topics, Replies, and the About screen, which now look out of place beside core’s refreshed icons.

Add bbPress-owned SVG outlines that keep the familiar hive, honey dipper, and bee shapes. Register them in a private bbPress icon collection for the three post-type menus. Use the same artwork for bbPress admin columns and dashboard links. Refresh the About and Credits logo mark and buzzing bee, with a static presentation when reduced motion is requested.

Keep the existing Dashicons on WordPress versions without SVG admin-menu support. Backport the change to the 2.6 maintenance branch for 2.6.21.

Verification:

• Check the three menus, admin columns, dashboard links, notices, and About and Credits pages on WordPress 7.2.
• Check that older WordPress versions keep the Dashicons, including the About badge.
• Check normal and zoomed admin sizes, RTL positioning, and reduced-motion behavior.

Admin: Correct reduced-motion CSS spacing.

Separate the first rule in the reduced-motion media query from its opening brace to satisfy the CSS lint rule. This allows lint and release builds to continue without changing rendered styles.
