Deleting a Topic does not delete the corresponding BuddyPress activity

Description

If a topic or reply is deleted, the corresponding BuddyPress activity entry is not deleted. This happens due to the function get_activity_id not properly returning the activity_id. The underlying issue is that the function bp_activity_get_specific does not set the 'total' field in the returned array. The attached patch fixes the issue by directly counting the returned activities.

@konnektiv Thanks for the report and patch! This was fixed in [5857] (albeit, under a different approach), and will be available in the upcoming 2.6 release.
