A ticket to store bbPress WXR Sample Data

This first iteration contains the following:

It looks like 'Stickies' and 'Super Stickies' don't get stuck after import.

Investigate this, I think there is a ticket for imporoved postmeta export upstream.

Forums and Categories are a bit funky if category doesn't exist.

Add some formatted Lorem Ipsum text would be nice also.
