bbPress trunk-4876; WP 3.6 beta-2; BP trunk-6991

Forum Reply Edit panel drops below container of main content or drops entirely out of the flow.

Image attached shows three instances where the issues occur:

a) Twenty Thirteen without sidebar: Forum Topic Reply Edit

  • Edit panel is completely out of the flow. The footer widget area goes flush up to right under the main navigation as if there's no content and the edit panel overlaps footer widget area and below.

b) Twenty Thirteen with Sidebar: Forum Topic Reply Edidt

  • bottom portion of edit panel overlaps but does not go below the footer widget area.

c) Twenty Thirteen with Sidebar: User > Foruns > Replies Created > Edit any of the listed replies

  • bottom portion of edit panel overlaps but does not go below the footer widget area.
