Description
When trying to post a link in a topic or reply with an internationalized URL it is being stripped, presumably as not valid.
This works as expexted:
http://ヒキワリ.ナットウ.ニホン
This does not though it IS a valid URL
http://vegansociety.co.il/%D7%AA%D7%96%D7%95%D7%A0%D7%94...
WikiPedia References: Internationalized domain name Internationalized Resource Identifier

Works for me. Likely related to incorrect database encoding. Are you/they able to use these characters in regular WordPress posts and/or pages?
Closing as worksforme for now, could switch to invalid if we can duplicate this with WP core post types.
Related or not I am not sure though I found this bug because the following post was 'marked as spam' http://bbpress.org/forums/topic/content-not-found-error-after-installation/
