Add release date to the download page

Description

The status of standalone bbPress can be quite confusing for a lot of people (as it was for me).

At the very least, on the Download page http://bbpress.org/download/ under the download buttons for each "package", please mention the release date/ last updated date, so that visitors can make a more informed decision as to which package to choose.

A better resolution has been achieved. Download page now only features plugin version, and provides a link to legacy/standalone version at the bottom of the page.
