Combine kakumei and kakumei-blue?

Maybe we could add a functions.php in the theme which would add a settings page for the theme (like the default theme in WordPress), and that page would let the user to choose a colour scheme.

The point of "Kakumei Blue" was to provide an example of how simple it is to extend the default theme. Rolling it into the default would defeat that purpose.
