Stickies get doubled

Description

Stickies at http://wordpress.org/support/ get doubled: once at top and once in the normal post chronology.

Disclaimer: I haven't tried this on an installation of bbPress myself, I'm reporting solely on basis of support forums.

(In [136]) Do not grab stickies with get_latest_topics when is_forum() (by default - can pass argument to configure). Fixes #50.

I have encountered this behavior with BBPress 2.5.4, making this a regression that could be up to 10 years old.

@mechter Please do not reopen tickets from closed milestones, the issue was fixed for this ticket in r136.

Please create a new ticket for your issue, it is possible that the issue has remain fixed for these past ten years and a new regression could have been introduced in the most recent release.

I'm sorry that my ignorance of the workflow here is causing unnecessary work for you. Thanks for being kind about it. I have now found and read the WP handbook page on reporting bugs and will open a new ticket.
