As discussed in the bbPress forum the languaes file doesn't work even if a lnaguage is set to config file.

Here is the patch tha apply the suggestion of one user that make thing works, maybe would be better having a different name for the language constant that now is WPLANG, BBLANG would be better wouldn't be?

#440 also fixs this.

I'll wait on #440 for this.

i18n was not among 0.72's primary goals, downgrading to normal. Upgrading to priority: high.
