  2. src/includes/admin/common.php
  3. src/includes/core/cache.php

In 7445:

Docs: expand bootstrap, admin, and cache documentation.

Document runtime data accessors and missing globals, correct property and return types, and describe the existing cache invalidation and admin helper behavior. This change only updates comments and preserves runtime behavior.

In trunk, for 2.7.
