Description
Extract create topic functionality out of bbp_new_topic_handler into a BBP_Topic class that can be reused when folks need to create topics outside of the bbPress frontend, eg. an API call.
This is my first attempt at contributing to a WP plugin, please let me know how this looks and if there is anything else I should do, thanks.
