Same name for two menu entries

Description

Two menu entries have the same name and appear one after another: ​https://github.com/bbpress/bbPress/blob/trunk/src/includes/admin/classes/class-bbp-admin.php#L485-L505

Maybe they should be named "Welcome to bbPress" and "Credits" in order to avoid confusion.

Administration: Distinguish Credits menu label.

Keep the shared "Welcome to bbPress" page title for the About and Credits screens, while labeling the Credits dashboard menu entry separately. This preserves the tabbed presentation and avoids duplicate labels when the registered pages are exposed.
