On checking the whole site you will notice that the main container has no left and proper spacing due to which the content will touch the left and right part of the screen.

This report concerns the BuddyPress.org theme rather than bbPress plugin source. The attached patch updates branches/master/buddypress.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/bb-base/style.css, which is maintained with the BuddyPress.org site. Closing as reported upstream.
