Alignment of Publish box

Description

On the Forum screen (new or editing), the Publish box has some alignment issues.

This is likely caused by removing of the default WP Publish box components, and would need some minor CSS to correct.

This has already been fixed for bbPress 2.6, though my Sunday morning search skills is unable to find the ticket reference this was fixed in ;)
