#2814 new idea

Fix minor but common style issues inherited from themes

There are usually common CSS rules that are conflicting with bbPress' layout that are being inheriting from WordPress themes.

The .reply class from the comment reply link.
The .hentry class from themes.
And in some cases avatar images look all out of place.

And if I could find more I will add it on to here.

Wonder if there are things we could add to the bbpress.css file to help make Theme integration a smoother process.

Maybe add !important to some CSS rules??
