Description

phpBB has been updated to v3.1.x

  • Significant database changes have been implemented in this new version.
  • bbPress currently supports importing from phpBB v3.0.x
  • Suggested route will be to only support importing from phpBB v3.1.x
  • Upgrading an existing/legacy phpBB v3.0.x database to v3.1.x is straightforward with the database upgrade instructions detailed ​here.

In 2716.diff:

  • Preliminary phpBB v3.1.x support
  • Includes new profile fields and field mappings
  • ToDO: Forum and Topic total counts need reworking
  • Preliminary support for subscribed forums, subscribed topics and bookmark/favorite topics
