bbPress Codex Archives have no Pagination

The archive pages in the BBPress official documentation do not have pagination when they should have (essentially, pagination via changing the URL works, but there is no part in the UI which suggests there is more than one page, or which lets you change the page):
Here's a few examples, but the pagination across the entire codex site is non existent:
- http://codex.bbpress.org/type/actions http://codex.bbpress.org/type/actions/page/2/
- http://codex.bbpress.org/context/user/ http://codex.bbpress.org/context/user/page/2/
You can go to the next pages by manually appending /page/n to the end, where n = a page number.

I am going to mark this as a duplicate (even though it is not) as I have migrated this ticket to the Meta Trac, as the bbPress.org and BuddyPress.org sites have been open sourced all patches and tickets relating to both sites belong on Meta.
