bbPress icon.svg for WP 4.0

Attached is attached is an optimized SVG icon for bbPress per ​https://make.wordpress.org/core/2014/08/21/introducing-plugin-icons-in-the-plugin-installer/

I converted the bbPress PNG logo available at the bbPress site to vector graphics using Inkscape and added SVG attributes compatible with WP's usage for the plugin SVG icons.

Adding two versions to choose from. One with default white background, while the other uses the green found in the header. Both sets come with optimized svgs and pngs.

Played around with some green backgrounds and decided to go with white.

I've just committed @mericme's transparent logo.svg via ​r978290

We should probably also link/upload all the image variations to the codex for use 'elsewhere' ​Logos & Icons
