In bbpress-org-form-topic.php.patch update bbpress.org theme 'New Topic' template /bbpress/form-topic.php to suggest using Twenty Thirteen or Twenty Fourteen theme rather that TwentyTen/TwentyEleven

The BuddyPress codex has a 'user' widget to login, register or lost password if not logged in or create page or edit page if logged in. The bbPress codex needs this widget added.
