Unencrypted elements warning on Trac

Description

Now that secure connections to Trac properties are being enforced, the links to bbpress.org/favicon.ico in the HTML head need to be protocol agnostic to prevent warnings about unencrypted elements. I believe that's all that's needed. All the other links appear to have already been adjusted.

@thebrandonallen, thanks, though can you recreate this ticket on ​https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ with the 'Component' as 'Trac' and @nacin will get onto this.
