Page Break not Working when Nested Replies Enabled (2.4)

Description
The newly released Nested Replies feature disables the page break functionality. While I have set it to display 15 posts per page, it is showing all the posts on the same page without any breaks.

This is currently by design. Jennifer and I were noncommittal on how best to handle paginated hierarchical conversations, so we removed all pagination for our first pass.
Moving to Future Release, and assigning to jmdodd.
