add shortcode for latest topic by freshness

Description

In the admin panel it is possible to choose the display of the forum structure or of the latest topic by freshness for the root forum page.
topic index can be included into any other page via shortcode, latest topics by freshness cannot.
If anyone decides that the forum root page should be the forum structure there actually is no possibility to give the latest topics by freshness view to the bbpress users, too.
A solution would be to add a shortcode for latest topics by freshness and this is why I am writing this feature request now..
