Introduce Forum Importer template for use with importing from XenForo v1.x

User passwords are NOT imported or converted when importing existing XenForo users.

• User passwords are stored in xf_user_authenticate

• Xenforo usernames can contain whitespace eg 'Member One' which will be converted to 'member-one'

• Custom User profile fields AIM, Yahoo, ICQ, Skype, Google Talk, Facebook & Twitter stored in xf_user_field
