Super Sticky Topics Must Be At Top Of Loop

Hi , In some situations bbPress super sticky topics loss their positions :

To reproduce one of them :

• Create super sticky topic in forum "a" , and then add a normal sticky topics in the same forum .

You will find that normal sticky topics are in the bottom of super topics .

The attached patch fix that and maybe some other bugs too , and some enhancements

I meant :
"You will find that normal sticky topics are at the top of super topics . "
