Description
When using a RTL language TinyMCE Editor for Topics & Replies does not use RTL input.

Cool... That could be my bad... The screenshot is from my site with Hebrew WP/bbP languages installed using Twenty Thirteen... I'll do some more testing/research with a 'stable' theme to refine the scope of this ticket.

Update: Indeed My Bad, Twenty Thirteen does NOT have any RTL Editor CSS at the time of this post. I will ask the OP some details on what theme is being used and/or if it does include RTL support.

It is very easy. You just don’t need this HTML code!
This text box should use the defaults of the WordPress installation or the theme basic css instructions. The problem is that you specify the DIR in the html code, so there is no way around it using css.
If it is really important for some reason, you can use css: direction=”ltr”. We could walk around it using the rtl.css or using !important or something.
Bottom line: don't support it, just don't override it! :-)
This is a tough one, because technically the theme should have support for RTL editor styles. Moving to future release so we can investigate further.
