Favorites opt-out process is unclear and inconsistent

Description

Opting out of a 'favorite' at the moment is a confusing affair. You have to notice a small 'x' which can easily get neglected in custom themes. That's the main problem for favorite opt-outs.

Furthermore though I think both options and subscriptions could do with some realignment, pretty much how they now work on bbpress.org. When you make a topic your favorite, the button will now read "Unfavorite".

Another, bigger addition would be opt-out from the user profile panel. I'll request that enhancement in a separate ticket.
