bbp_get_dropdown() no longer lists topics in the dropdown.

Description

get_pages() returns false for topics, while get_posts() does not property return all forums, which can be hierarchical (and have post_parent != 0). See #2061, #2102.

Looking for a better unified solution, this is a bit of a cheat.

  • Don't assume post_parent = 0 as a default.
  • Fixes #2153.

(In [4688]) In bbp_get_dropdown(), set default post_parent to null, not 0.
