Forums not showing up.

I have installed bbPress 2.2.3 with Wordpress 3.5.

I can view the forums when logged out OR with the Keymaster role. All other roles get a 404 error.

Run the user role reset tool in: Tools > Forums

I ran the role reset tool and the issue persisted.

The topic author, 082net, gives this explanation of the specific issue --

'Did a hard back trace for this error and found capabilities of bbPress dynamic roles applied after ‘bbp_template_redirect’ so bbp_forum_enforce_blocked() blocked any users not having ‘spectate’ cap – maybe all users."

Not sure if the reset tool failed to work as it should have or if there is something that still needs to be addressed.
