The default dropdown option for Forum Role is "- No role for this forum -"

That terminology is inconsistent since the site can have multiple forums and the selected role will apply to all forums. Suggest "- No role for forums -"

Since you're introducing a whole new role/cap configuration dial, better be precise about the labeling.
