Did you try dropping all the tables that upgrade-schema.php creates?

Hmm - How can I do that? I already removed all the tables in my DB that started with bb, but that didn't work.

I also just tried changing the table prefix, trying to install again, but that doesn't work either.

If your server has phpMyAdmin installed, you can use that. If not, you'd have to use a MySQL shell or some other solution.

Your tables would have to be named according to the information you set in your bb-config.php. If you changed the prefix there, then the tables you want to drop would all have that custom prefix.

Is dropping the entire database and starting with a new one possible on your setup? That's usually what I do on my local machine, but your mileage may vary with your host.

When I asked "how" I guess I meant how can I know that I got them all? I already dropped all the ones that started with bb_ but that didn't fix my problem.
