sometimes edit link does not work... :
reproduce:

  1. to go a to with replies
  2. spam a reply, (page will be redirected to weburl + ?view=all)
  3. click edit button - > showing the page webpage + ?view=all/edit

(In [4255]) Topic and Reply Editing:

  • Fix issue with "Edit" admin links having 'view=all' argument incorrectly positioned.
  • Fix issue with post_status being set back to public when editing.
  • Conditionally set post_status to pending if needs moderation.
  • Fixes #1977.
