Cannot successfully stop and cleanly restart forum import

I started an import only to quickly realize that I wanted to test it with a much higher number of rows to process at a time.

• Attempt 1: I press the 'Stop' button, check the 'Clean' - "Purge all info..." box and press 'Start'. It continues where it left off.

• Attempt 2: I go to the 'Reset Forums' tab and try to reset the forum completely. Every job is successful, except for clearing the converter table; it reportedly fails.

• Attempt 3: Hoping the reset might've still made a difference, I try to 'Start' the conversion again along with the 'Clean' option, but it continues where it left off.

Moving to 2.1 to give this one last go-around before release.

Closing as fixed. r4053, r4054, r4055 all improved the converter, and starting and stopping works correctly now.
