Can't unset hidden forum

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to WP Admin -> Forums -> Edit Forum
  2. Choose Visibility -> Hidden and press Save
  3. Choose Visibility -> Public and press Save

The forum still shows up in the '_bbp_hidden_forums' option.

Using WP 3.3.1 + BBP 2.0.2

(In [3750]) When setting a forum as public, always check private and hidden forum options and remove forum_id if needed. Fixes #1757.
