Remove "make_clickable" filter

Description

Remove the "make_clickable" filter from bbPress.
Who needs the links to be auto inserted? these can make a site lose in the serp if in it's forum there will be a lot of banned sites, etc.
Or to create a separate settings option to disable this in the Forum Settings page.

I think it's important to keep this feature in core. It can be removed easily enough with a plugin of needed. I'm more inclined to add nofollows to the links as they are more than likely user generated, but even that can be plugin territory for now.
