Merge support

It doesn't do the community any favors to split bbPress support:

You should consider merging support post haste.

The way I see it, there are 3 options.

• Archive bbpress.org forums and focus on providing support only at wordpress.org forums.
• Redirect ​http://wordpress.org/tags/bbpress?forum_id=10 to http://bbpress.org/forums/ to and ensure that clicking "Forums Posts" at ​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bbpress/ goes to http://bbpress.org/forums/ as well.
• Replicate the forums so that both forums show exactly the same thing. Vanilla has something like this: ​http://weavertheme.com/forum/ and ​http://forum.weavertheme.com/ For them it's basically an issue of skinning, I think.

Done in recent wave of WordPress.org improvements. The WordPress.org bbPress forums now redirect to bbPress.org.
