Bulk actions for forums

Description

I think bulk actions for forums could be improved. It is not possible to change multiple forums from public to hidden for example.

Valid. No time to fit this into 2.1.

Moving to future release. A patch would be awesome to get something started. Happy to help anyone that wants to contribute.

Core hardcodes which WP_List_Table child is used in every instance (see function _get_list_table )

Until this is resolved ​http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/18449 doesn't make much sense to do this ticket, because we'll need to do some ugly hacks to make it work.
