Enhance bbPress theme compatibility

• Set up additional styles for #entry-author-info and other elements of the single user page for cross-browser and cross-theme compatibility

2. Forums single topic view

• Add UL styles specifically to div.bbp-reply-content to override UL list-style none for div#bbpress-forums
• Control usernames that fly-out to the right of the avatar in single topic pages when using Twenty Eleven/HTML5 themes viewed in IE7/8

Looks good but needs RTL styling. In the future it'd be great to get that included right away too.
