Link to Hidden Topics/Replies should actually go to .. the list of hiddens!

On the Dashboard widget, if you click on the links for hidden replies/topics, you just go to the list of topics, which is confusing. Comparing this to what the comments links are, they should go to the spam location.

Looking at this, though I thought that it would be best that if there are ZERO links, it should go to the regular list, and if there are links, go to spam, but that's not really in-line with the way it works today.

So here are both.

Mimic behavior of comments dashboard widget, and just link to spam all the time.
