Description

If you aren't logged in and you try to create a new topic, you are given an error message that tells you that you need to log in. There is no link to log in, or no log in form.

I updated the bbpress twenty ten theme so someone who is not logged in will be shown a log in form in the event he/she tries to post a topic. That is much more user friendly (in my opinion).

IN addition, the error message is now styled like an error message (before it wasn't).

Is this something we want to do? I'd be happy to work up a patch.
